The performance of these epoxies depends on many factors outside the control of the company, including surface preparation, proper application and environmental conditions.

Therefore, we can not guarantee this product's suitability for your application purpose or use

We shall not under any circumstances be liable for incidental or consequential damages. By purchasing or using these products, you agree that the sole and exclusive remedy, if any, is limited to a refund or replacement of the product at the companies option

Before any epoxy is returned a written authority must be obtained from the company

Any product that is not returned must be in a saleable condition seals must not be broken

Products ordered by mistake are subject to a 20% restocking charge.

Products that have been sent overseas or to any place where there has been an additional charge to the company are accepted at a 30% restocking charge.

Any product that has passed over any water is sold as is, and the company is not liable to make any refund or compensation, no matter the cause 

All return requests must be received within 48 hours of the customer receiving their goods, and written consent must be provided by the company before returns are made or accepted.

All return costs are to be met and paid for by the purchaser
